This 20 ft Open Top container in offshore specification complies with the standard DNV 2.7-1 (EN 12079, ISO/CSC) and is therefore approved for handling at sea and for use on offshore installations. The unit comes from the 2023 series and is in as-new condition.
Construction and equipment
The open roof structure with a removable tarpaulin allows loading from above by crane – ideal for bulky or particularly heavy goods that cannot be brought in through the end doors. At 6,06 × 2,44 × 2,59 m, the external dimensions comply with the ISO standard, so that the container fits into existing handling chains without difficulty.
Typical areas of use
The units are stackable and can be supplied on request with certified lifting gear (chain or wire rope sling); this is not included in the purchase price and is offered separately.
