Delivery costs
For delivery within Germany we charge a flat delivery rate of 400,00 € incl. VAT per order. The flat rate is shown transparently in the cart and at the checkout and is included in the total amount.
- Delivery (flat rate): 400,00 € incl. VAT – throughout Germany
- Collection in person in Unterhaching: free of charge, by prior appointment – please arrange this with us before ordering, as the flat delivery rate is charged in the shop
- Delivery to neighbouring countries (AT, CH, NL, BE, LU, PL, DK, CZ): 400,00 € incl. VAT; in the case of oversized items or special access conditions we will contact you before dispatch
Please make sure that the delivery point can be reached by lorry and that there is sufficient space to set the container down. If there are special requirements at the installation site (e.g. crane, road closure, permit), please contact us in advance – we will arrange the details with you personally.
On this page we inform you about our delivery areas, how delivery proceeds, our optional installation service and how shipping costs are calculated for containers, modular units and trailers.
Delivery areas
We deliver throughout Germany and to the following further countries:
- Austria
- Switzerland
- Netherlands
- Belgium
- Luxembourg
- Poland
- Denmark
- Czech Republic
Deliveries to further countries are possible on request. For deliveries to Switzerland, import duties, customs charges and Swiss value added tax may additionally apply; these are not included in our sale price and are to be borne by the recipient.
Transport of containers and trailers
Because of their size and weight, containers and large-volume modular units are delivered by specialised or heavy transport (low-loader, crane vehicle or comparable means of transport). Trailers and smaller accessories are shipped by freight forwarder or parcel service, depending on their size. The specific type of transport depends on the product size, the weight and the access situation at the destination and will be communicated to you before dispatch.
Delivery and unloading
For delivery to run smoothly, the access route to the destination must be suitable for heavy goods vehicles (as a rule an articulated lorry with a length of up to approx. 18 m) and freely accessible. Please inform us of possible restrictions in advance (e.g. narrow access roads, weight limits, height restrictions).
Unless otherwise agreed, unloading is carried out by means of a crane vehicle or hook lift by the driver or the transport company commissioned. The customer’s own crane or forklift is generally not required, provided that the access route is suitable. If no suitable ground or access route is available on site, additional costs may arise, which we will inform you of in advance.
Installation service
On request, in addition to pure delivery we also carry out the professional installation of your container on site, including alignment on prepared foundations or strip foundations and – depending on what is agreed – the joining of several modules in container complexes. Unless otherwise agreed separately, the preparation of the ground (e.g. foundation, load-bearing and level subsoil) and any necessary building or utility connections (electricity, water, waste water) are to be prepared by the customer or the customer’s specialist contractor.
Delivery times
Stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 weeks of receipt of payment or order confirmation. For custom-made items and individually configured containers the delivery time is usually 6–12 weeks, depending on the scope and availability of the chosen equipment. The expected delivery time in each case is stated on the product page or at the latest with the order confirmation.
Shipping and transport costs
Delivery within Germany takes place for a flat rate of 400,00 € incl. VAT per order – regardless of distance, size and quantity. There are no zones and no graduated rates. The flat rate is shown in the cart and at the checkout and is included in the total amount.
Not included in the flat rate are optional additional services that we provide solely at your express request – for instance setting the container down with a crane in places that are difficult to access, road closures or necessary permits. We agree such services with you in advance and state them in a separate quotation. No additional costs arise for you without your consent. Transport damage
On delivery, please check the goods as far as possible for externally visible transport damage and have the driver note this on the delivery note. This serves to speed up processing, but is not a precondition for asserting your statutory warranty rights in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions (AGB).
