The office container 3,00 × 2,44 m is built in the version with a 4 mm steel frame and eight container corners, painted in RAL 9006. The walls and roof consist of 100 mm sandwich elements, the floor is insulated with 150 mm mineral wool and covered with 22 mm OSB and 2 mm PVC; the permissible floor loading is 3,8 kN/m². Two PVC windows with insulating glazing, tilt-and-turn fittings and plastic roller shutters light the room.

The electrical installation is carried out to VDE standards and surface-mounted, with a CEE external socket 380 V/32 A, four sockets, LED lighting and a distribution cabinet with fuses and residual current circuit breakers. Surface mounting makes later additions easier. The external door is a single-leaf Hörmann door with a profile cylinder, 900 × 1.970 mm.
