Unlike a shipping container, this storage container with a floor area of 2,60 × 2,00 m is insulated in sandwich construction and equipped with an electrical installation: 230 V, sockets, LED ceiling lighting and an electric wall radiator. The floor is covered with PVC, and access is through a steel entrance door.

Use in practice
The insulation and the heating make the unit suitable for temperature-sensitive stored goods that would be exposed to condensation in an uninsulated shipping container – such as electronics, paints, varnishes or batteries. Forklift pockets and crane lifting lugs allow both methods of handling.
