With around 31 m² and complete kitchen and sanitary equipment, the house is designed as a permanently habitable unit – as a holiday home, guest house or extension of living space. The floor is insulated and covered inside with 22 mm OSB, laminate and tiles in the bathroom. Please clarify whether it is permissible under building law at your site before ordering. Not included in the price are assembly work, loading at the collection point in Unterhaching and transport; we carry out both on request.
Delivery throughout Germany
Delivery takes place throughout Germany for a flat rate of 400,00 € incl. VAT. Please make sure that the access route is passable for a lorry and that the ground has been prepared to be load-bearing and level. The buying advice summarises which connections and preparatory work are needed on site.
