20-Fuß-Flatrack-Container für Übergrößen – Bild 1 von 1

The 20 ft Flat Rack container is designed for the economical transport of oversized goods: cargo that is too wide, too high or too heavy for a closed container.

Construction and equipment

Instead of side walls and a roof, the Flat Rack has a reinforced base frame with two end walls. This allows craning from above and loading from both sides with a forklift. Lashing eyes along the frame take straps and chains for securing the load.

Typical areas of use

Floor area 6,06 × 2,44 m; the external dimensions comply with the ISO standard, so that the Flat Rack fits into regular handling chains and can be secured with twistlocks.

Typical load: machinery, construction equipment, steel girders, cable drums, vehicles. Condition: refurbished.
